1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OmenFi ("the Platform"), including its website located at omenfi.com, all associated tools, features, and content. By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them.

2. Description of Service

OmenFi is a cryptocurrency analytics platform that provides:

• Historical DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) backtesting tools
• Signal calendars showing historical seasonal performance patterns
• DCA strategy tracking and logging tools
• Strategy optimization and forward planning features

Certain premium features require a one-time payment in SOL (Solana's native cryptocurrency) processed on the Solana blockchain. These payments are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, tools, data, analysis, and features provided by OmenFi are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice of any kind.

• Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk including total loss of capital
• You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions
• Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions

4. Blockchain Payments & Unlocks

OmenFi offers premium content unlocks in exchange for on-chain SOL payments. By initiating a payment, you understand and agree that:

• All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain and are irreversible
• OmenFi does not store, custody, or control your private keys or wallet credentials
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your wallet has sufficient funds
• Transaction fees (network fees) are your responsibility and are separate from the unlock price
• Unlocks are tied to your wallet address and stored locally — clearing browser data may require re-verification
• OmenFi is not responsible for failed transactions due to network congestion, wallet errors, or insufficient funds

5. Wallet Connection

OmenFi integrates with third-party cryptocurrency wallets (Phantom, Seed Vault) to enable payments and personalization. By connecting your wallet:

• You authorize OmenFi to read your public wallet address only
• OmenFi never requests, stores, or transmits your private keys or seed phrases
• You are responsible for the security of your own wallet
• OmenFi is not affiliated with Phantom, Solana Mobile, or Seed Vault

6. Intellectual Property

All content on OmenFi — including but not limited to the backtesting algorithms, signal calendar methodology, UI design, branding, and codebase — is the intellectual property of OmenFi. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Historical price data is sourced from CryptoCompare. OmenFi does not claim ownership of third-party data.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Platform at scale
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the payment verification system
• Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code through the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Platform content without permission

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OmenFi does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmenFi and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Investment decisions made based on Platform data or analysis
• Loss of cryptocurrency, funds, or data
• Unauthorized access to your wallet or account
• Any errors or inaccuracies in historical data or analysis

9. Data & Privacy

OmenFi collects minimal data necessary to provide its services. Your wallet address is used solely to scope your unlocked features and tracker data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. Beta Status

OmenFi is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice. While we strive for reliability, beta software may contain bugs or unexpected behavior. By using the Platform during beta, you accept this inherent risk.

11. Modifications to Terms

OmenFi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
