This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and OmenFi ("Licensor") governing your use of the OmenFi application and associated services.
By accessing or using OmenFi, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
OmenFi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the OmenFi application for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is conditional on your compliance with this Agreement.
Certain features of OmenFi require a one-time SOL payment to unlock. Upon verified payment:

OmenFi and all its components, including source code, design, content, and methodology, are the exclusive property of OmenFi and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
OmenFi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OmenFi does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided is accurate, complete, or current.
OmenFi is a historical data analysis tool. Nothing in the application constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are made at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmenFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
OmenFi facilitates payments on the Solana blockchain. By initiating a payment, you acknowledge that:
OmenFi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity for users who have made purchases.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
OmenFi incorporates open-source software components. The following third-party licenses apply to their respective components:
The use of these components is governed by their respective licenses. OmenFi's original code and proprietary components are not open source and are not licensed under any open-source license.
