Ownership

OmenFi is an original work created and owned by its founder. All aspects of the OmenFi application, including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, visual assets, written content, brand identity, and underlying methodology, are the exclusive intellectual property of OmenFi.

Protected Works

The following are protected by copyright:

• The OmenFi application name, logo, and brand identity
• All source code, algorithms, and software architecture
• The user interface design, layout, and visual presentation
• Written content including descriptions, labels, and documentation
• The DCA backtesting methodology and signal calendar system as implemented in OmenFi

Third-Party Components

OmenFi makes use of open-source libraries and services under their respective licenses. These include:

• @solana/web3.js — Apache 2.0 License
• @solana-mobile/mobile-wallet-adapter-protocol-web3js — Apache 2.0 License
• Chart.js — MIT License
• Vite — MIT License
• CryptoCompare API — Used under CryptoCompare's API Terms of Service

Use of these third-party components does not transfer any ownership rights over OmenFi's original work.

Permitted Use

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use OmenFi solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of OmenFi.

Prohibited Use

The following are expressly prohibited without prior written consent from OmenFi:

• Copying, cloning, or reproducing the OmenFi application or any portion of it
• Using OmenFi's name, logo, or brand identity in any unauthorized manner
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the application
• Creating competing products based on OmenFi's design or methodology
• Commercial use of any OmenFi content or assets

Blockchain Transactions

On-chain transaction data associated with OmenFi payments is publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. This data is not claimed as proprietary and is subject to the inherent public nature of blockchain technology.
